AltHeal ^R ’s Expert Team of integrative specialists have proven effective in restoring joy and emotional wellness . An additional 7days program is available where you will learn about the role of sleep and mindfulness practices in achieving overall health and wellness goals.  When you complete 14 days or 21 days InJoy program you will experience a significant difference in overall health.
